The collapsing US military & economic empire is making Washington & NATO even more dangerous. US could not beat the Taliban but thinks it can take on China-Russia-Iran...a sign of psychopathology for sure. We must all do more to help stop this western corporate arrogance that puts the future generations lives in despair. @BruceKGagnon

Some of the news conference coverage

Yeah, that's really intelligent, a Labor Department mural being too "focused on Workers"? Who is it SUPPOSED to be focused on, the Corporations who gain every penny of their profits from the labor of the Workers, not the "labor" of the Management.
They need us far more than we need them and there's no way they can try to refute it that doesn't sound like Squealer's Speeches from Animal Farm.

Cut the workers pay from 80% of what it costs us to survive and produce our labor, so that the next Koch Brothers yacht will be 300 feet instead of a measly 250?

If giving the corporations all they demand, cutting regulations and their share of the taxes which support their wealth directly, THEIR War-bucks "prosperity" which strangely deosn't trickle down to everybody else (or anybody else) yep and sure they'll turn right around and reinvest it in jobs and prosperity for the rest of us.

Strange how they've been getting their way, steadily, for the past 3 decades, more and more wage concessions from the workers, less taxes for the Slaveowners, fewer and fewer regulations, slashed further to the bone each election cycle, and the Magic Trickle Down has only consisted of their toxic waste in our drinking water.

I read a novel once, kind of satiric and comedic, "Farmer takes a wife" in which people in Maine define each other, a Tourist is somebody who comes to Maine in the summer, a Mainer is somebody who spends a winter and a Mainiac is one who sticks around for a SECOND winter.
Then Stephen King came off with one I use a lot "Crazy as a shithouse rat and probably dangerous". I think your governor is that last one.

In Texas we had one who was what you would call a Winter Texan or a Snowbird, We called him a lot of things but tragically one of them was Governor Bush.

It's ALMOST nice to know that we're not the only ones who get a pro-Corporate Buffoon as governor. On the other hand, man, I sure do pity you for it.

And I hope, sincerely, that your way of getting rid of the pest is going to turn out better than when we got rid of ours. (he escaped and took a fancy executive job in Washing Tundy Sea, you might have heard of it)

Eat the rich. We've fed them way too long and it looks like that's the only way we'll get our investment back, get them to feed us.
